What happens next
Tell us the problem, postcode and property type. We confirm the applicable call-out charge before dispatch. The call-out includes the first hour; additional labour is charged from the second hour at the published rate. Parts and materials are additional where required and should be agreed before chargeable work proceeds.
Emergency safety
If there is immediate danger to life, fire, a serious electrical hazard or a suspected gas leak, use the appropriate emergency service first. A suspected gas leak in Great Britain should be reported to the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
