We show the starting emergency call-out before you book. Any required parts or additional chargeable work should be explained before proceeding.
From the second hour: £120 per hour.
From the second hour: £150 per hour. The starting weekend fee may vary depending on location and job type; we confirm it before dispatch.
The call-out price covers attendance and the first hour of labour. If the work continues beyond the first hour, the published hourly rate applies from the second hour. Parts, materials, parking/congestion charges or specialist equipment are not included unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation.
If the engineer identifies additional non-urgent work or materials, the price should be explained and agreed before that work proceeds. Emergency repairs specifically requested by a consumer can be treated differently from ordinary cancellation rights; additional non-urgent work may still have separate consumer protections.
